After having worked on several hundred business acquisitions, individually and in a co-brokering environment, it became clear to me that we needed to find a way to get our business acquisition transactions to settlement sooner while improving our processes so that we lose fewer transactions in the process.
It didn't take long before we came to the realization that the key to accomplishing our business process management improvements was to develop and implement a flexible systematic project management solution that would give us the flexibility to deal with the unique issues inherent in every business transaction while at the same time handling the administrative and mundane tasks associated with every transaction big or small.
After having developed and tested our approach many times on actual transactions we formed Transaction Trust Services to bring this solution to Business Brokers, Intermediaries, M&A Professionals, Buyers and Sellers alike.
Our tested and proven Transaction Management System ensures that transactions are thoroughly documented and worry-free. TTS becomes the single point of contact to track and manage all of the administrative aspects of a particular transaction. Plus, with TTS, there are no Hidden costs or surprise bills at the settlement table. With few exceptions, everything can be done for one flat fee.
