Previous Professional Experience:
Most recently Mr. King served as the Senior Vice President, Controller, and Chief Operating Officer of one of the largest business brokerage firms in the mid-atlantic area. Under his leadership revenues were increased by 100% and the number of brokers affiliated with the company grew by 100%. During Mr. King’s tenure he lead a team that developed, designed, and implemented, the companies first web based listing management and broker management system, implemented the companies first computerized financial accounting system, and, established multi media “New Broker” and “Advanced Broker” training programs.
Before joining the brokerage Mr. King spent several years at KPMG, LLP, (the world’s third largest public accounting firm), where he worked with Fortune 500 clients to develop and implement business solutions and tax strategies designed to improve operations and reduce federal, state and local taxes.
Prior to KPMG, LLP Mr. King held management level positions in other boutique tax and accounting firms and founded a growth oriented, roll-up company in the commercial security and fire alarm business that successfully acquired and merged over 17 companies in a five year period.

A former Regional Tax Director with the CPA firm Deloitte & Touche, Mr. Vidal provides personal financial planning services, business succession planning services, brokerage, merger & acquisition advisory and management buyout consulting services. Leo's legal, accounting, and tax background makes him an integral memebr of the King & King "get the deal done" transaction team.
Mr. Vidal introduced King & King to the EquityAccess program and is responsible for transaction sales and solution implementation. Mr.Vidal resides in the Annapolis area of Maryland with his family and is an active member of the Annapolis Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Mullikin has been with King & King since the firm was founded. Specializing in transactions involving Salons, Spas, and Food Service establishments, Ms. Mullikin has a great deal of experience dealing with business sellers and business buyers. Over the years Ms. Mullikin has developed a sphere of transaction professionals that help her to get transactions structured, deals financed, problems solved and settlements done.
As it relates to the Salon and Spa business, Ms. Mullikin has done more transactions with both sellers and buyers in this business segment than any other business broker in the area. She is an expert in the valuation and marketing of Salon and Spa businesses.
Ms. Mullikin is a lifetime resident of the Washington DC area, a member of the Bethesda Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce, and the Mid-Atlantic Business Intermediary Association.

Prior to starting his career in Business Brokerage Mr. Donovan had a full career working in Logistics Management and Planning for one of the world's premeir overnight package delivery services. Mr. Donovan has excellent communications skills, is an accomplished negotiator and an integral member of the King & King team.
A fast study, Mr. Donovan's first closed deal was a multi-million dollar transaction that he listed, sold, and settled, in near record time. In addition to Business Brokerage Mr. Donovan is a licensed Realtor and an independent real estate investor buying and selling residential and multi-family properties in the DelMarVa area for his own account.

Mr. Parker comes to us after a long and celebrated career in the armed forces. A successful entrepreneur in his own right, Mr. Parker built a successful Carpet Cleaning business that he has since turned over to a family member. While serving his country faithfully Mr. Parker received extensive training, education and experience in Human Resources, Human Relations, Personnel Management, Training & Education.
In addition to his normal Brokerage activities Mr. Parker is the Director of our Veterans Outreach program. Starting in the second quarter of 2008 Mr. Parker will be conducting seminars throughout the area to help current and retired members of the armed forces to access the many opportunities and programs available to help them buy and/or start their own small businesses.
Michael Davis - IT Manager

Mr. Davis has been with the firm since it's inception and has been an integral member of the website and database design team. In addition, Mr. Davis handles all desktop support issues and maintains all of the firm's websites (over 300 of them).
Mr. Davis has experience in game design, graphic arts and Cad-Cam.
